- refreshed the Shadowfang Keep map (Deadca7)
- added minimum level data to instance maps (Deadca7)
- changed the frame artwork to accommodate min level
- zone information text will no longer extend past the edge of the frame
- zone information text can now be ctrl-mouseover'd for a tooltip
- merged the Entrances plugin (and all its maps) into the core Atlas addon
- tweaked auto-select, more outdoor zones are now associated with instance maps
- expanded meta-zone abbreviations to their full names, eg. HFC --> Hellfire Citadel
- added a new sort-by option: type (separating instances and entrances)
- added a key-binding to force a one-time auto-select, even if the option is disabled
- added <Angle Bracket Titles> to all appropriate mobs in the Atlas database
- changed "East" and "West" designations to "Eastern Kingdoms" and "Kalimdor" (Telchar)
- added Ahune <The Frost Lord> to Slave Pens (Nihlo, Telchar)
